XL SE and New Blue can load more types of sound libraries???

I read this on a website. I wasn't aware of this fact. What other libraries/files can the SE and new Blue XL load that the others can't?

While we are on this subject I'm wanting to know if I'm re-calling correctly that the OG 2k classic cannot load .Wav files only .snd files?

Also was wondering if the variation slider on the 2g mpc's can do such things as realtime filter sweeps or anyting of that nature...keyword=realtime.

WAV files CAN be loaded.

I don't know what you mean by 2g MPC's but the MPC2Kxl can have a filter assigned to the note variation slider but you CAN NOT do a filter sweep on a sample tts the new filter setting made with the slider only takes effect the moment you retrigger the sample, you can not adjust the filter settings while the sample is playing.

OK then that is just like the q links on the 1k. Does the note variation have any realtime control over any parameters? What parameters can U adjust with it?
