Can you replace the internal floppy of the MPC 2K by a Zip ?

I would like to remove my internal Floppy in my MPC 2000 ( NOT XL ) and put a Zip instead.

Is it possible

Do I just need a SCSI Zip drive and a SCSI cable ??

yo man, u should search b4 u post! it´s been said a million times b4! Yes it is possible. just get a IDE internal Zip drive. U gotta cut the power cable.. just go to

he doesnt have the XL tho.

I've heard it's possible to replace the floppy with a card reader but it's a little more complicated on the 2k.I don't wanna risk tryin' it myself so i'm cool with the floppy and external zip.

Ive heard of it done but it takes work. You mind as well get on ebay and find an external zip or cf reader I just got a 1GB Lacie hard drive 10.00 bucks. Its 2005 try all your opions

There is NO IDE CONNECTION on motherboard of the 2k. NO, NO, NO.
