sample editing

Does anyone have some good sample editing tips for the 1000? I use my laptop to edit most of my samples. For some reason the trim feature on the 1k is different from the 2000. I'm on the 2k the trim bar mores towards the sample and on the 1k it looks like the sample is moving towards the trim bar. Has anyone noticed this? Some times it gets me confused as to exactly where I'm at on the sample.

yeah its sucks major.. you have to use the numeric button... which is hard ot figure how close its gonna be....

i should try the mp 2000...

you don't need the numeric to move selections quickly.
if you highlight the start/end field and press left cursor while holding shift you can move the selection quickly with the data weel.

Use the pc man

it complements the mpc so well

thats why there is a usb port on the back of it

with soundforge or other simaler software.
