Yo Stress if u use a computer with ur MP theres alot of good sh!!it out there I like Izotope Ozone, Waves stuff, PSP Vintage Warmer, some Good Free stuff on KVR's site. U can get the others Free if u nah mean!!!

don't laugh, but I got an alesis 3060 lying around which sometimes comes into use. (mainly for the gate though). It's dirt cheap!
s/w wise the powercore does a good job (although not as good as the UAD apparently.

another software comp that has it's uses and this one is Free - blockfish by digital phish phones (or something like that) has saturation and air that can be tuned. It can sound pretty nice on the right material.

i know a lot of people have the alesis 3630, it goes for around $100, but i've never used one myself
