I have been able to midi them together before but I am having problems now. What I am doing is replaying a beat that was done on the asr-10. I want to use the same sounds from the asr I just want it to be sequenced on the mpc. The problem is once I get my first track done(Snare) and get ready to record the second track(Kick Drum) I can't hear the snare once I change to sound on the asr. I am pretty sure the midi settings on the mpc are correct but I am not so sure about the settings on the asr. I have the asr set to trasmit on base channel and it is set to omni mode. I am not sure where to go from there. Please help a brotha out. Thanks.
