I just brought my MPC 2000 off of Ebay, and the MPC 2000 I got came with drum disk already. If I want to load the Drum sounds to different pad banks (example: top 4 pads 808 sounds) How would I do that I have tried it the way the manuals says, but I am still having trouble.

ANy help will do.

Thanks

when you go to the "shift+disk" function ... you press "load ... " scroll over to "SNDS" ... find the one you want and assign it to that pad - all you do is simply press which pad you want it assigned to ... the screen shows you what to do Im bad at directions, but this is it

After you press the pad press keep and then go onto the next sound.

I think something is wrong with my pads.

Cuz the timing is off like you wouldnt believe. MP trying to tell me I ain't got no rythm.

MP is about to catch a tim emblem through the screen. (stomp that ish fo real) lol Bout to see mp chips and pads all over this b*tch.

Anyway, anyone ever have problems with the timing or pads on the 2000?

I understand that. When I want to place the sound on a number of sounds to a row of pad banks (example: pad 1-4 with the same sound) do I just repeat the same steps?
