default program on load

How do you select what program and sounds get loaded from zip on booting the MPC?

it's been a while since i've used this function but here goes. go into the load screen and select setup. Now on this screen seeing that your using a zip drive set the top menu to match your scsi id. next go down to the next menu auto load menu and select (all) to load all sounds. (aps/all pgms) self explanitory( aps+all ) all programs and sounds.

Oh, I meant, when i turn on MPC, it always loads the same program. How can I change it so it starts with one I choose?

you gotta do exactly what he said: go to the load menu, then setup and there you can disable the auto load function.

if you dont do this, the mpc will automatically load the first .aps file on the zip
