.seriously... don't spend the money.... hold that shit for about 6months or something.... cuz... you don't want to have to go on judge judy... and be given a verdict of paying that 700 back...

hey djames, did your shit ever come ?
By djames Fri Sep 26, 2003 11:06 pm
My sh!t still has'nt come yet, but there is still a glimmer of hope. I've been praying on it. I looked up his history and he was new to Ebay, but had made 2 purchases. He paid up on one and renigged on the other. The dude he paid said that the guy called him on his cell phone and once he receives his bill he will give me the cat's number. That way i can get an address and get the laws involved. Good lookin on the posts though I really appreciate them, Oh Yeah Ubergraphik, you should just send me that MPC and use that $700 to cop another one ;) lol.

Peace,
D. James

I guess it is the season .......... I am truly blessed, today I received an email from PayPal stating that they had sent $670 back to my account for the MPC 2000 XL that I never received. I checked my account and there it was. I guess patience really is a virtue! It only took 3 months ;)

Peace,
D. James

You should take it up with EBAY...

Leory wrote:Not hard to get paypal... but very hard to keep your account from being limitted if you use 3 different computers (let them tell it). I have had so many problems with them... and I use to do a lot of business with them... I want to sell my cd online through them, but my account is limitted now for the umpteen time may I add.... so Funk them. When I finish with my CD I will holla at them.

There was an article on the internet, I can't remember the guys name but he and his friends scammed like millions of dollars outta peeps, and I hope it wasn't any of you. Some people give themselves feedback to make it look good (ie. different screen name so it looks legit). Escrow is the way to go.

yo glad to hear you got your money back. i got f**ked on ebay once... not for nearly that much money. but i also got a lot less of it back. this cat sold me a turntable and offered to sell me some records on the side, then send it to me as a package. dumb f**k that i was, i picked the records and offered a price for those records not a part of the auction. so after calling this fool many times and getting no luck, i took it up w/ ebay. i ended up getting most of the money back for the table... but for the records that i bought on the side, i was sh*t outta luck.

but good thing it worked out better for you.
