Your not gonna believe this...

use track mute with song chaining- copy your sequence how ever many times you need for the different parts- mute the tracks you dont need on each seq- say mute all but the bd on the first intro sequence and then use the open window button on track on- this allows you to delete all muted tracks leaving you with just the track you want playing- do this for each seq and then chain them together in a song- et voila
