Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000
By djbigace Fri Apr 29, 2005 3:13 am
Hi guys,

I just bought a used MPC2000xl, I never used one before so I'm still trying to learn. One problem I'm running into is regaring the pads. When I load a sample and trigger it with it's assigned pad it kinda doubles up....I really don't how to explain it. It's like when you hit the pad once you want it to go "Boom" instead it goes "Boom, Boom". I hope this makes sense.

Any suggestions? could this be fixed by a setting or are the pads just worn out.

TIA

very common "problem" for first time MPC users, just a matter of gettin used to the pads, nothin is broke or needs to be adjusted.
