hooking up mpc

hey just a quick question just got an mpc 2ooo- was wondering how to hook it up to my turntables so i can sample thax

If you got a mixer, I'd just plug the mixer's master outs into the mpc's record ins (and turntable > phono in on mixer). If you don't have a mixer, and can afford one, I'd buy a small (2 channel) dj mixer to use for this purpose (you'd also be able to do some eq'ing if you had one). Also, some newer turntables have built-in amps/line outs so you can do this without a mixer... Does yours?
