Programs?

I think i kind of accidently maybe deleted like 33 of the preset programs and some how i stumbled on 11 totally different programs. My Question is is there anyway to retrieve those deleted programs they show up with a question mark next to them except i cant play them like a demo non of the pads work

look for factory resets on the top left under MPC1000
