Lowering the volume of pads...

I know how to lower the volume (velocity) of a single pad...is there a way to lowere the volume (velocity) of all pads in a program?

Yea, but please read my question...I know how to lower the volume of one pad (sample)...I wanted to know if there was a way to lower the volume of all the pads (samples) in a program.

I think what the guy wanted to know was, is there any "trick" to lowering the volume for an entire PROGRAM (all the pads on a given track). I read through the manual and could not see this, but if somebody has found a "trick" for it tht would be very useful for some of us using pgms like that "ARP Wave" or any bass/ keys type pgm.
