Check this out. FOR ALL THE NEWBIES, what Penfold is telling you is before you post ANYTHING (i don't care if you just signed up 2 minutes ago or been on here for 5 years) before you post anything do a search for it. This is not a new site and the mpc 1000 didn't just come out yesterday. Do you not think someone may have run across a question or problem that you have already and asked? the chances of you having a question that no one else asked before is VERY little. it saves time by searching first. if you did that you wouldn't get people on here responding with sarcastic remarks.
Regarding memory, that was probably the first question ever to be asked when the 1000 first came out. Then me and Penfold both wrote numerous posts on it. Everything from what type to who's the best manufactuer.
