i'm tryin to setup my equipment thru midi but i'm not sure how i need to chain what i have.
mpc 2000xl
emu mp7
pc (homestudio 2004xl) using audiophile USB as digital interface
i want my pc to control both the mpc and mp7 thru midi. i would like that mpc in the middle of the chain, having control over the mp7 which will be at the end of the chain. i'll run my audio either thru the mpc or audiophile USB(wherever it needs to be go out) to my amp. how would i set this up so i can still get sound from my computer (both midi and audio? if possible)
