I've never sampled off Goldfinger.....but I've been listening to it a lot lately for pleasure. Great stuff.
Look out for the "Live and Let Die" 007 soundtrack too. It's kind of on a Blaxploitation vibe. Pretty good.

The Bond Stuff IS Very ILL Specially the ...........................
John Barry STEEZ............................
YO.........
In a way he was almost predestined to be a film composer, since his mother was a classical pianist and his father owned a number of cinemas. As a young boy he would help his father in the cinema, no doubt watching a large number of movies, and developed a fascination for film music whose composition became his ambition. While doing his National Service he joined the army band playing trumpet and learned how to arrange jazz. On leaving he formed his owned band "The John Barry Seven" with which he initially sang before the group moved into instrumental music. Following regular appearances on the BBC TV series "Drumbeat" the band became very successful with these (as the Shadows were to be later), and had a string of hits including "Black Stockings".
I Think He Did Like Seve of the Bond Jointz VERY KOOL STUFF...........

You cant sample Live and let die! Everybody knows that song. Its from Paul McCartney en later covered by Guns n Roses. Plus its a soundtrack from the Bond movie!
Its like putting the guitar riff from Smoke on the water in one of your tracks

True, but listen to THE REST of the soundtrack. It's like pimped out 007 with wah wah guitars and funky beats. A cross between Goldfinger and Shaft.

cant really comment on the 007 record, but some good soundtracks are:
bullit the hanged man
galt macdermont woman is sweeter
quincy jones $
henry mancini more mission impossible
the long good friday sntk
issac hayes tough guys
melvin van peebles the watermelon man
cyrkle the minx

my man moss from toronto (where u at, folk!) told me about a break-filled soundtrack for this movie from the 70s called "An Elephant Named Slowly". Anyone seen or heard of this? I dont know the musicians. It has eluded me for maybe 10 years now, but I havent really been diggin for it cuz i wanst even sure if it was for real. like Z-ro said help me please

I've heard of that Elephant shtt. I've seen a picture of it. I've never seen it in real life though.
You can add to that list:
Enter The Dragon - Lalo Schifrin
Bullitt - Lalo Schifrin
Dirty Harry - Lalo Schifrin
Death Wish - Herbie Hancock
Kinda obvious, but obvious for a reason.
BTW, that More Mission Impossible is Lalo Schifrin too (not Mancini)
