I want to know what producer is the best sampler in your opinion, so I can study what makes them great. Sample the sampler so to speak. Thanks.

nah he's not a herb...I think he wants to know who bangs out the dopest tracks with the samples provided so he can study him..........all the greats studied other ppls music so he str8 for now until he says something that really puts him in that catagory

ouch.....

The best samplers are the ones who twist the ish out of it to the point where you wouldn't recognize it anyway.

If I had to pick two:
Hi-tek
Pete R-ock

my bad.... shouldn't have gone with only two when there are def. more than that which I bump on a daily basis.

RJ is the ish. Haven't heard Diplo's recordings but I did see him open for RJ and he was totally shook by the crowd.... seemed extremely nervous.

Blockhead?
Caural?
Prefuse?

Much love to extreme sampling all around.

too broad of a question.

Thats like saying "whos good at painting?"

Painting what? Good measured how?

Hotter samples? Hotter songs made from the samples? hotter actual "sound"? Better at chopping? Better record collection?

What is your question, Im trying to help.

okay man...I'm sorry I got too hot. I was asking all of your questions. Who has the dopest samples, who makes the dopest tracks based off samples, and so on... I just took what you said as an insult. I aint going to get punked. But if you're trying to help, then that's cool.

I like Einstein off of Ugly Duckling. He's mad creative.

Please guys, he asks a simple question and everyone just goes offtopic and flames him.

ONTOPIC:

For loops, I would say Madlib.. He digs up some really hot loops and knows how to add percussion and other instruments to make it 10x hotter than before.

For chops, I would say Premier and Prefuse 73. These guys make very different music, but they are extremely skilled at chopping. I recommend listening to "Pop Shots" with Old Dirty Bastard (Premier production). That chopped up piano progression changed how i make beats FOREVER, and hopefully it will inspire you too.
