For those of you in the New York City are..........

For those of you folks living in New York City and the surrounding area.
Could you please let me know where some reputable and affrodable repair shops are at. I know of Rogue and Armand but I need to get my MPC's partner fixed (asr-10) as soon as possible and would like to to do here in the area to save dough on shipping. Any suggestions? Thanks alot.

East Village Music. They do good work though it will take a week or two, the tech only comes in once a week. Decent prices too.

What's the problem?

There is no input or output in terms of sound. THats it. Everything else works fine. I am using it as a midi controller at the moment. The red led lights are permamently on and will not go off. El, do you have any idea what the problem is?

Nope. East village should be able to sort you out.

I can say that i have not had good experiences with Armend. I would not recommend. He takes FOREVER, and does not do the job the way you ask.
I like some of the guys at East Village. Never ahd a repair done there, but had good exp. otherwise.
