hey people i recently did a track using my fantom and my mpc 1000 and i tried to transfer my song to my cpu by resampling my beat inside the mpc 1000 and transfer it to my desktop but when i try to play it from my computer all i hear is the drum patterns that i laid down from my mpc.....why i cant hear the fantom sounds

that didnt answer my question i know how to resample into my mpc 1000 i want to know how do i send the wav file to my desktop with my fantom sounds

are you recording the fantom's outputs?

if you dont hook it up to record audio it wont work

saving midi + transfering to your pc & "resampling" are two totally different things.

the reason why you "just" hear your drum pattern is simple because you can only "resample" the internal sounds played by the mpc.

If you want to capture your fantom sounds - you have to plug your fantom into the record ins of your mpc and set your mpc to "analog" as recording destination.

Then you will "sample" your fantom sound in form of a .wav file.
These can be saved and transfered to your pc.
