Yo!

I need a software program for my macintosh (Emac) so that i can connect my MPC 2000XL to my mac and transfer my songs over (so that i then can mix them and cd-burn them)..

I thought I would use Sound Forge 8 but it only works with PC..

Ideas..?

thanks.,.,

MPC Editor? Im using the powerbook G4 and just connect the MPC to my mixers external in and have my mac hooked up to the Rec Out and just transfer to Cubase or Protools. there should most definitly be an easier way tho.

Or Logic or GarageBand.

If you want a basic sample editor, Audacity is free, although I find Amadeus which costs just $30 a lot better.

If you are using Mac OSX for any audio work AudioFinder is an essential tool.
