whats wrong with the K2000 elm? my friend picked one up for like $250, it seems dope, i havent messed with it much though... i hear it got nice filters... id rather have an ASR though!

damn that's cheap, 250? Damn, hardware samplers are dirt cheap now.

the interface blows, the sound is alright, but nothing special, it is really flexible, so you can do some great modulations and define a lot of things with it, but the UI sucks so bad IMO that it's like work rather than music, but that's me, other cats love it and try and get me to buy one cuz they are cheap ( I didn't know they were that cheap!!) the best thing about them is the waveshapers.
