Producer that samples the best?

rjd2 is a fresh sampler. so is hi tek imo, because both manipulate samples amazingly well.

i'm new at all this n i jus wan make shure i'm readin it right on what you sayin.. are you sayin that stoupe simply takes a sample thats dope and puts it on w/o messin wit it? is that what you mean by he "loops" alot.. aka not changin it? and by manipulate you mean chop and filter? all that good stuff which i know nothign about? so your sayin when stoupe makes his beats he doesn't really do any of that?

how does he get his drums and stuff then tho?

i mean i think he makes pretty dope beats.... can you break down that one song he made wit outerspace and immortal technique, where he goes on about not prayin to roman gods that were faggots...

Really, it helps a lot to get a portable music player (ipod or something) and just listen to new and old beats. jazz, funk, hip-hop, drumnbass, house - whatever. you will learn something new for every new song, and you will be able to tell just how they put it together..

thats exactly WHERE i want to be at one day...aka be able to listen to a song n be like ahh so they added drums here, sampled that.. ect. ect. thats pretty dope.. how i get to that level?

i was reading your list bing, and i noticed that you got dr dre listed, not to correct you or nothing, but dre barely samples. but maube you might know something i dont.

I would definitly say the rza and madlib are two of the best as far as finding those unknown (but still hot) instrument loops.

would you care to elaborate on that please? an example of that would be? can you name me a song where rza did that and where he got it from?
