cursor buttons wont work

the arrow buttons aren't responding when im touching them. and when i hit the record button, random pad band and level buttons light up.

i will do. i bought it from digital village in england. ive had it one week tomorrow. they should be able to replace the machine right?

i had simallar problems .....try updating your O.S. to the lastest one .....that worked for me
