extract is the sh*t

used the extract feature for the first time tonight. makes manual chopping a breeze. now i'm not even concerned about the OS, though if made available i would probably use that feature since it would be quicker. anyways, for real, anyone who wants to chop but doesn't want to wait for an update that might not ever arrive check out the extract feature, sh*ts mad easy.

Haven't used it before I guess so use to doing it the old fashion way that never really noticed it but now the easiest way is to use recycle.

me too, i record an entire drum section and extract the individual parts

Same here...I've been using extract since day 1, I can't believe people are just finding out about this now!

My MPC is like a naked lady...when there's a naked lady in front of me, I'm not going to go read Maxim or some shit to find out how to pleasure her right...I'm going to jump right in and start feeling around...so please stop with all these you should read the manual posts and either help or dont.

if you wanna compare, say you have the lady in front of you ready and waiting, if you dont know what to do with her then you're never going to be able to please her properly. If you just had a bit of knowledge you'd know the tricks, and if you had the experience too then you'd be well on your way.
Damn man, its just foolish to be ignorant. makes you look like a complete tit. Remember that experience is a hard teacher, as it give the test first and the lesson after.

MPCs and ladies are not alike in that respect. imagine this: youve got a naked lady in front of you and no one has ever told you how to have sex. youve never seen a porn and never read a book and never gotten anyt play. basically you lived in a dark closet all your life. you get this broad in front of you, you could end up f*ckin her in the ear unless you brush up on your game.
