EB16 effects board

Alright everybody,

Thinking of getting the EB16 effects card for my 2000XL. This guys selling one and he's sent this pic of it. Thing is some of the blue cylindrical bit's of the circuit board (are they diodes/resistors???) seem to be bent over, but on the pics on store websites they're all perfectly upright, do you think this board will be alright? Don't wanna buy something that aint gonna work.

Those are Capacitors, and it's ok for them to be like that as long as the connection is solid.
