bad wave files?

I just spent the last hour trying to figure this out. I was working on something new and I went to save it and I got Directory error. So I did some searching, I reformated my 256 scandisk cf, still same thing. So i tried saving it on the 32 cf that came with it, still directory error. So then I just threw on some old samples and boom it worked. i don't know what the problem is with these waves i want to use, I used the same software, peak and recycle. Has anybody else experience this?

I rip stuff out of Protools sesion files all the time and sometimes I forget to properly set the "bounce-to-disk" parameters...

Might bounce to SDII by accident, or to dual mono stereo instead of stereo interleaved... there are a lot of options in Peak, you might have changed one without knowing it!

Thanks, I'll have to check that out. I think for now on I might just sample straight from my 1200s to my 1k
