D - this sounds dope. i admire your ambition...where is it gonna be held at?

the vfw in in onset mass. outside, but its like a big wooden structure with a roof, no walls, and a stage. you should roll through man.

I am working towards an east coast trip then, we shall see. I want a week vacation. I'm going to see my pops in Pitt, work my way up tp NY and pick up Elmacaco, and then to the show.
Nothings 100% right now, but soon it will be hopefully.

I've seen the same story on losin $ the first two years so be ready for that.

Do you have a stage manager? Someone to run the show while your pulling your hair out, nah, but it helps to have someone keeping the schedule as tight as possible.

If it's outdoors you might want to call Common and Hitek to see if they have the "Sun God's" phone number- weather kills.

You got water on site?
bathrooms?
a back up generator?
Make friendly with the law - have security "searching" for illegal substances so if johnny law does show up it looks like your'e playing the good guy. But. Please don't bust for herb
