if you pick between those two stay away from the Behringer. They just make crap for gear. everything ive own from them was noisey.

Studio Project is a good choice in this range, way better than the ART or Ber...

I'll suggest the Presonus BlueTube, it's a dual tube pre.

*ART TubeV3= 20db Max input
*VTB-1= 30db Max input
*BlueTube= 40db Max input

The Blue Tube is a nice choice. But if your set between one of those two definitly get the ART. Behringer SUCKS!

ok now between the Studio VTB1 and ART MP Studio V3??

i like they way the ART is setup, but the VTB1 has better reviews?

and will it really improve my vocal quality from my 3035 to my Mbox?

sumbody at guitar center told me that it makes a big difference but i dont trust anything they say there really shady here, try and sell you anything
tried gettin me 2 get the PreSonus for 200.00!! and i been lookin on the net and knew it was waaay cheaper "exspecially no tax or s&h" i know you can chew em down but still wouldnt be as cheap

you should def go for the studio projects. it's got mad reviews and it's
always saluted for it's price-value. it's got a nice warm tube sound and
you can adjust that. it's got line-in/out also so you can record some guitars
with it if you want. i'm just saying, i got and i love it and can't wait to get
my hands on a 3035 to work with this. p's.

you mean their RNP? Dude is lookin for a pre.

I know presonus has great sounding gear, people sleep, but the guy builds his budget stuff so people can have good gear cheap, cuz he's been there.

But that studio projects one looks real good, hard to resist that one I'd think.

both the rnc and the rnp are very very good, much better than anything else in the same range. The dude who makes those is really talented. He and Neve are working together so that should tell you enough I was talking to a producer on saturday who has 2 grammies (in country but whatever) and he couldn't stop talking about the fmr pre. He said he never uses anything else on drums anymore.
