Okay right now i have been messing around with fruityloops for like a year and im starting to get sick of point and click and not being able to sample good stuff i wanna use my hands and really "feel" the music you know. anyways i have been doing some research and ive narrowed down 2 machines that im considering to get, either the mv-8000 or an mpc-2000xl. now the mv-8000 seems to have alot of shit on it cd burner, the screen is chill, being able to hook it up to a VGA monitor and all that, but then again the mpc-2000 has a big rep in hip hop production and all that seems pretty hard to learn on it, i have already messed around with the mv8000 and it seemed pretty easy i sampled something quick and used their "auto chop" nice feature (does the mpc have that feauture?)
anywyas my question is what does the mpc have that the mv8000 doesnt?
do i need to buy a zip drive thing to save my samples and drum kits on the mpc?
im gonna mess with an mpc tommorow at guitar center see whats up ive only messed around with it once and thought it was hella hard.
give me more reasons y the mpc is better please!thansk for reading the long post as well.
