Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000
By GooDgUyThaTgUy Tue May 31, 2005 5:18 am
Well, I'll be using my MPC, sampling CD and Vinyl, possibly VHS and DVD. I'll mainly be producing Hip Hop and Rock. I was considering taking advantage of my computer, but for right now I'm not 100% sure if it would be worth incorporating my PC. That's something I guess I'll figure out later down the line. I guess I'm just looking for a versatile monitor. Something that will be durable and long lasting. Nothing fancy, I dont need a monitor with a crapload of options, and a pretty look. But than again I dont want a monitor thats gonna leave me looking for a new monitor a year after I get it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

This is the wrong section for this type of thing man. Check out 'MPC Studio Environments'. I think theres' a couple of current topics about this, or at least there have been recently. Just search for 'monitors' and you'll find alot of advice and recommendations. I personally would recommend you look at EMES monitors. But it depends on your budget mainly.
