diasy chaining scsi

Hey guys Im having trouble hooking up my cd rom drive to my zip...how do I daisy chain. I'm also a little confused about termination. Please explain how to set it up to my xl. thanks

Here is how I have mine. The scsi cord coming out of my 2000xl into the the side that says zip on my zip drive and where it says termination (on 1) and (off 0) I have it at 0 and my scsi id also in the same area I have that at 5 now I chain the other side with the weird symbol to my cd rom and that's it but make sure that when you get redy to use your cd rom drive turn it on before you turn on your mpc because the mpc likes to see what's connected to it when it loads.

I have it set that way and i get a message "scsci conflict on ID#6"

Ha that means your cdrom is set to scsi id 6 pro'ly. Just change it to another id than 5 (zip) or 6(mpc) and make sure its termination is switched on since it's the last in the chain.
