actually it was casio. i don't remember the particulars of that case but i know that casio sued him and won.

now after i read this entire thread it seems either we don't remember which keyboard he jacked presets or that was his M.O. back then. but now IMO he is much better. I agree, i don't like that TI or Cassidy beat but he killed it with the simple tracks he did for Young Guns and Memph
