SORRY

I HAVE A SIMPLE MIDI SETUP WITH A KORG X5D.
BUT I WANT TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE SOUND BANK ON THE KORG VIA THE MPC, WHILE ITS THROUGH THE SEQUENCE.

yeah , program it in on the mpc each sequence will have the midi sound u want, providing u have assigned the sound u want to each midi channel EG 1A 2A 3A etc.

but what if i want to link 2 tunes together with no breaks, but i need to select a different bank of sounds on my korg, can i set the mpc to control that

Step Edit > Insert > Program Change

Select the number of the preset/program you want.

Can i send a program change from cubase sx 3 to the mpc?
cause the mpc1000 seems to only receive on 1 track and that means one program.
