Which 2 slot or 4 slot Card reader?

Yo does anyone have an opinon or technical evidence on which would be better a 2 slot, or a 4 slot, or the kind that needs an adaptor card reader, i have been looking at the addsonics website and the syncrotech i am about to cop one of those, so anyone using those or have another one to suggest feel free

Also anyone know which one the guy who did the instillation page used as his card reader?
