hahaha @ the keyboard one. goood sh1tt..what kind of keyboard is that?? if the sp 12 had a keyboard version i think it would look alot like that :shock:

^That is the Emulator II. It's basically the SP-1200's keyboard counterpart. I'd go as far as to say it sounds much closer to an SP then even the Emax does.

I wouldn't go that far. I know a friend that bought one
around 95 and was pretty disappointed with it as an "SP12
emulator". It's a great lofi workstation, but I believe
the vast majority claim the Emax (I) as the closest to
the SP12/1200 sound. And not just for the detuning effect.
