Has anyone enountered an issue in sequence-edit mode where copying x number of bars from one sequence to the end of another sequence actually only copies x number of bars of the destination sequence to the end of itself?

This was working fine for a while but then it stopped working.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Not sure bro. Make sure you are selecting the correct bars and sending them to the correct spot.

I use it once and it did that and never use it again. I just write the steps down and Step edit. Sucks but a little easier than that crap...

i use it all the time and have never run into that problem unless it was a mistake i made myself.

like not setting the sequence number that i am copying from and the one i am copying to correctly. not saying this is what you are doing, but that is the only time i've had that problem.

Same here. Never had any problems with sequence edit, except for my own errors.

i do this all the time. what you have to make sure the destination seq is specified. when you do the copy from the left side you are in the seq that you are working on. if you want to put it on a different seq., on the right where it says to seq? (it defaults to the same seq you are in) make sure you adjust it to the seq you want.

I just did about 20 sequence edits in a row. It was working fine then it stopped working after about the 20th time. It was the same sequence that I had problems with before so I tried doing a different sequence and it worked.

It looks like it just doesn't like this particular sequence for some reason. I guess I'll redo it. For what it's worth, the tracks are all midi. I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not.

I had the track muted on the original part that I was expecting to hear on the copy
