I made about 20 drum kits with bluebox....just highlighted all of the sounds for each kit and dragged them into the bank, then it automatically put each sound on a pad.....when I loaded them up they worked fine...except when I recorded a pattern it plays the same sound (hi hat) for every sound......Ill record a kick /snr pattern then when it loops it will play the same pattern with a hi hat...like it mixed the sounds up .......... help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For some strange reason when I load samples into blue box if the names are similar like hihat 1,2,3 etc... it will map hihat 1 on pad 1 through however many files I bulk loaded(it also does this when I try to singleload). This seems to be a bug. I havent tried changing up the sample names to see if that affects it. Gonna try now. Oh and does anyone have a stable version of bluebox that doesnt have this problem?

edit: yeah changing up the names of the samples worked. I guess it has a problem with filenames that are similar.

This should only occur if your sample names are longer than 16 characters. The MPC will get 'confused' if you have sample names like this. Try shortening the filenames, rebuild your program and see what happens.
