A while back Forat was offering a modification for MPCs which changed the rubber pads to bounicer or springier pads.
Has anyone ever tried an MPC with this mod?
I'm using the MPC as a live instrument, and the pads get a little hard on the fingers after a while. I emailed Forat about it, but they're out of stock at the moment. I'm wondering if it changes the velocity sensitivity at all.
Can anyone give me the low down on the "bouncy pads"?
