.ALL format that the MPC saves in the same as that Cubase

Is the .ALL format that the MPC saves in capable of being opened with Cubase.

I ask this because I know that Cubase saves it arrangengements as .ALL files

If this is possible could someone explain how this is done, and whether or not I need another program, patch or whatever to make this possible.

No, they are not the same.

If u want to import them u have to originally save each sequence on the MPC as a MIDI file. then open them up in cubase.

MIDI is not sound, it's information to play specific notes. You need to hook up your MPC via MIDI to cubase and have cubase fire off the correct notes, otherwise cubase just uses the built in sound module of your computer, which my default is not your drum program, it will be a piano program.

Or record your MPC tracks as audio.

Alot of people who don't understand MIDI do this, I've been PM'd a few times recently with people in the same situation.
