If someone could find out if it is mentioned in amedndum please point it out. I dont have XL so I wouldnt know anything about its capabilities. When I asked I clearly stated I had an MPC2000(nonxl). Sorry for the confusion fellas.

Check it, but you do have a computer and this info has been the first link in my signature forever and a day now.

MPC 2000 (classic) Addendum v1.7
Multi sample dump via midi

You should have stated what version OS you have cause it's not in the os 1.0 manual which you are prolly looking at, but, Multi sample dump via midi was a feature added into a later mpc2k classic OS. You asked for someone to search through an addendum, you could have done that yourself, that's a player foul homie (didn't feel like doing homework).

Didn't take long to find the answer when I looked for it. Not knocking your hustle or nothing but you some cats need to polish their search mission skillz for their answers ya dig?

Hey, I knew it was probably in there. I have the amendum around somewhere. i was just trying to help the guy out. I stated that the info he was looking just might be in there. If you read further back in MY post I found out for myself. I thought others knew and as usual I assumed you were all annoyed with the Rookie questions. So I went about it solo. What I was trying to do was give the other guys ANSWERS. I knew the solution, so told I em whats so wrong about that? I mean, arent we here to help others. To build up a knowledge base. I didnt know we had to keep answers to ourselves. Sure maybe you did have tag up under your name, Lampdog. I am not even sure people realy take a look at those that much who are new because everyone on here has them. It is almost like a commercial ya tune it out. I am not an elitist and I know how wack the manuals can seem at times. Trust me I have read it alot. To figure out one thing you might have to read it 3 or 4 times till you get it. When you get it cool, when you get a chance pass the knowledge to others who might need it. Anyone of us even a Rookie can stumble upon so cool as technique that would speed up or work or make our beats heavier. So when they discover something like that I think helping others is one way to encourage that behavior, to keep info flowing.
