okay someone plz help with playing keyboard sound on mpc

okay here is the thing i have an casio synthesizer and what i wanna do is play that synthesizers sound through the mpc1000.. whilst the drum sequence is playing.. i've used midi connectons but then the casio synth just play the drum programs thats on the mpc instead of me eharing the casio sounds itself..

is their a way to do this?? i basically wanna record the sounds of the casio(say i play a little arrangment) on the mpc..

i did a little experiment where i connect the headphone jack with the record in of the mpc.. and it does record but then it doesnt go with the tempo obviously cuz i wasnt hearing the drum sequence whilst playing...

Run your casio putputs into the record inputs on the mpc. Then on the mpc hit the mode button and then hit the record button. Now play the keyboard, and adjust the volume. Then hit play on the mpc, and then hit record and when you want star to play w/ the sequence that you already made. I think you should be able to get from here on out. i could say read the manual b/c it does tell you everything i just told you. But I'm bore so funk it enjoi. Casio's have putputs, what's a put put?

ahhh geniuses lie around here.. prizzops. other than i cant find a "putput" everything else works... cool....
