mtc midi sync

sup yall. Any kinf od help would be appreciated here.
Ok heres my problem. I want to sync my mpc to my fantom x and motif rack es. Mpc = master, fantom = slave, motif rack = slave. To be more detailed. I want my mpc sequencer to record midi and play it thru the fantom and motif sound generators. I have the mpc midi outs connected to the fantom midi in and the midi in to the midi out. and also the midi thru from the fantom connected to the motif midi in. Now I think this is the configuration but my real problem is" I cant figure out the settings im supposed to put inside each piece of equipment! I dont expect any help from the fantom or motif side of this equation but can anybody tell me the correct settings im supposed to have in the midi/sync menu of the mpc?

Midi out fantomx to midi in MPC
Midi out1 mpc to midi in fantomx
Midi out2 mpc to midi in motif rack
Midi 'local' in fantom x turned 'off'

On the Mpc turn your track settings to midi1:
Every thing you now record and play comes out of the fantomx (you can play via pads of MPC or keyboard of fantomx)

MPC track setting turned to midi2:
Same as abox except sounds of motif are used.

MPC track settings set to drum:
The samples of the MPC are played.

Ps: You need of course all the different outputs of the mpc and fantomx and motif connected to a mixer.
