you have to by a riaa preamp to put in between your tuntable and computer. 35-50 dollars at guitar center or radio shack.

if possible i'm going to hook the TT up to the cpu, cpu to the MPC. this is just for the time being, but thx, cuz i didn't know pre-amps were that inexpensive. i would like some software, i might even all ready have it and just don't know it .

Just get a dj mixer. If you want to be fancy, get one with an EQ, kill switches and transform button. You can really freek your samples when recording into the computer or MPC.

yes... a dj mixer always amplifies the signal IF you use the "PHONO" inputs, if you use the "LINE IN" it will not amplify it!!!!!!

35-50 bills. damn i got ripped off from sam ash. there goes another reason why i hate those assholes. i paid 65 for mine.
