Stanton has a new belt drive turntable selling for $99. I just want to use this turntable to sample off of. No scratching or any other tricks. I have an MPC 4000 and most of you know you can just hook up the turntable to the MPC as it has a phono input and ground. The MPC also allows you to adjust the gain on the frequency received by the turntable. So my question is this: will I be allright with this cheap turntable, or does it really pay to get a Technic 1200? Let me know what you guys think...
