HELP! ALL LIT UP!!!

When I turn on my MPC all of the lights come on and stay on.
The operating system starts fine and goes right to the main screen.
But all of the LCDs light up and none of the buttons work.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Turn it off, open it up, check all connections inside, like ribbon cables and what not. Make sure all power supply voltages are correct.
