Zip or Card Reader drive installed on ASR-10

I know you can put a ZIP in the ASR-10. Not sure about the card reader.

I see you've got the 10, have you try the instal already?
if yes is it on a Rack or Key version?

sorry if I'm too curious...

I was thinking of instal a card reader, i'm pretty sure it works... but i wasn't aware tht i wouldn't able to format SCSI drive from the 10 anymore!
hum...i've to think bout it!

This is exact guide I followed a while back when I first came to the forums here. It works, it's internal SCSI. Been had my ASR10 since 1994. Triton classic, last year traded for an Extreme, and mpc2kl since 2001.

i was asking for the model to know if it was easier on the Rack or the Key... i wasn't coming at your gearlist, but cool!

i'm not going to ZIP, i'd rather stay IDE wit a Card Reader, so tht i would be able to format & use external drive as well!

:D I don't know what the insides of the rackmount are all about, can't help you there.

I went with 250mb zip.
