PIcs of your cribs..

is that an 8 channel mixer? you got a lot of gear. all of it going into that mixer? do you get a lot of noise?

what board is that on the bottom left?

Yes it is an 8 channel mixer. I run a 3 channel mixer into one of the channels so that I can utilize it a bit more. Mixing is a big problem for me right now....1) I don't have monitors, just really loud ass speakers that are behind all the gear (you can't see them well in the pic (they are holding that shelf up) I do run into noises and hums, and it is very easy to get carried away with all those synths by filling in the frequencys with all sorts of unnecessary garbage. I am working on cleaning everything up real nice, and having everything hit quickly with little sustain and release trying to leave room for only phat leads.

I would like to have a 32 channel mixer but that aint happenin' any time soon.....first and foremmost I need monitors I think.

Bottom left....hmmm Im guessing you mean the Korg electribe (the red box) it is a really cool digital drum machine that was rather inexpensive for what it can do. it records minimal knob changes , and for being digital it sure does put out one hell of a bassline.

Unless you meant my keyboards (the jx-305) by roland was my first synthesizer with an 8track sequencer built in. Realy cheesy classic sounds in it, lots of fun. very similar to the mc-505 chipset.

Above that is the korg x5-d which has some reallly nice patches with some really sweet layers to them.

If you ever get one of those ER-1's get just that one.....I dont reccomend the EA-1 ( the blue box up on the shelf that looks just like it) they are like brothers , one is for making drum beats, the other is for making synth lines....no where near as cool as a real 303 of course.

Of all the gear, that orange box is by far the coolest thing I own for generating sounds. Its the xbase-09 by Jomox. Thing is mad sick analog. I am so happy that they are bringing analog back for Pro dj gear. I want a MOog voyager but those fockers arent cheap. (2700$!!!) and they are only monophonic, still owrth it though.
