aight well basicaly pad # 2 and pad #6 (the ones i probably bang the most/hardest) while drumming, seem to have lost alot of velocity...i tried setting the pads to max sensitivity in the 'other' section under the velocity menu but it doesnt help.... the other pads are fine, like if i hit pad #2 it will read nothing almost, and the pad next to it with the same force it reads perfect and sounds great..is this a common problem with the pads after alot of use or what?? this machine is almost brand new ive had for like not even a year and if thats the case that is HELLA cheap man..like i dont get the proper feel out of those two pads anymore and its a real bummer.... unless i set them to full level u can barely hear those pads unless u **** smash em... realyy pisses me off bigtime. any thoughts?

Talk about it with the shop you bought it from. If you're out of warranty,
you could change the pads with the outer ones you rarely use, as all pads are interchangeable.
If you have some technical skills it shouldn't be to hard to do it yourself. You could even try to order 2 "padunits" to change them for brand new ones.

damn dog, sorry to hear that... i too mainly use those two pads when cookin' up a drumbeat... my 1k is still new so i'm really interested in how to go about fixing this problem (just so that if it happens in the future i'll know what to do)... yo, have you tried calling tech-support??
