There is no video that comes close to the info contained in my ebook - that's not marketing hype, it's just plain facts - it's like comparing apples and oranges. All the videos out there cover just pretty basic stuff. Plus with my ebook you get hundreds of samples and programs.

I know, it's my book and I'm biased, but.... :D

the ebook is superior to any tutorial video i've ever seen. if you're brand new to beat making & dont have anybody to help you or show you the ropes then i'd suggest the ebook. the manual that comes with the mpc is a valuable tool but it can be confusing especially if you dont have a background with equipment. the ebook is almost like the manual except it's in plain english & they take the time to actually explain what they're talking about (complete with sounds!) instead of just assuming you already know. plus, the ebook teaches you techniques.

whatever you do dont buy the samplekings videos. that cat is basically going to read the manual to you & show off his piano player.

I wasn't going to buy the book myself, i have been using the xl for a few years, but started to have a little trobuld on grasping a few things so i said what the hell. The best 40 bones i spent in a while. Because of the book i have learned some short cuts which has kut down on the time of producing joints. Which means a lot!! Now I can just about keep up with my mind as fast as i have ideas.
Trust me Buy the book and use it as a study guide to the manual.

If there was one for the 1K, I'd definitely buy it... :D

They probably made one for the 2K because most people own the 2K... :(
