Flash Card problem

I cant get a flash card im using to format. I want to reformat it because it won't let me save anything on it. Says im only using 50MB of 256 card. I don't know if the card is f@@@@@ or if I will be able to use it again? talk s@@@ i don't care i just want at least 1 answer.

Still nothing. I'm about ready to light this b@tch on fire because I get the feeling i'm f@cked. I've searched and read through the similar problems with nothing working.

This may be a little extreme, so before I suggest this, lemme ask, is this the only CF you have? If not, how do the others respond? If they work they it may be that CF

I had a problem where my mpc didn't recognize the card at all and it was my only with sounds on it

I had to insert my compact flash memory card with the mpc off, then power on the mpc while holding down the window button, it reset itself to the factory settings and read my card for what it was worth...it's kind of extreme, but I was desparate
